1.0 Statement of Intent
On September 3, 2022, Citizens for Truth staged a very successful and peaceful Gathering at the RCMP Headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Gathering was totally peaceful, respectful and was attended by approximately 1,000 citizens.
The Gathering was planned in great detail, and successfully implemented at each and every stage.
Planning took place over several weeks, and included social media posts, alternative media posts, press releases, letters to the RCMP and Municipal Police forces, the careful selection of guest speakers, and the final demonstration of the gathered groups conviction by the formal presentation of 100's of copies of the investigative report to the RCMP by 100's of individual Citizens.
It is our intent to provide groups and individuals with some of the materials we used to plan and carry out the Gathering in a very successful and peaceful way.

2.0 Instructions
The right of Canadian Citizens to conduct peaceful expressions of their opposition to the policies of the Canadian Government is enshrined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Section 2.
With any type of public endeavour it is important that careful planning of an event be undertaken prior to the event, both to make sure there is appropriate public awareness and to try to reduce the possibility for misunderstandings and potential disruption of the event. It is known that there are certain elements that are in opposition to almost any position, therefore, special care and precautions must be taken in advance and during any planned event to avoid potential issues or disruptions.
There are always risks associated with any public activity and strict adherence to the principals of peace, openness and respect must be considered at all times.
We highly recommend that due consideration be given to event security and that all aspects of the event be video taped by as many of the attendees as possible.
3.0. Materials and Explanation
At the very onset of the planning of the event, we took great pains to establish a clear message and understanding by all parties what we were planning, including times, places, expectations of all parties, and we sought to be as inclusive and respectful of all parties concerned. This includes, the attendees, police, residents and other interested parties.
We first established a webpage, which is included below. The webpage was simple, and updated on a regular basis.

WHAT DO WE WANT
Over the past four months Canada's national Police Service, the RCMP, have been ignoring the calls from thousands of Canadians from Coast to Coast who are demanding that a Criminal Investigation be undertaken to examine allegations of Criminal actions taken by various Healthcare, Police, and Political persons and organizations in Canada.
The allegations are contained in the detailed report titled "Investigation into Criminal Allegations Concerning Covid 19 Pandemic Response" as presented by Citizens for Truth.
The report has been delvered to every RCMP Detachment in Manitoba, every Municipal Police Service in Manitoba, every member of the Manitoba Legislature, every Member of Parliament, and every member of the Senate, amongst thousands of others.
The report tis also being distributed across the county by thousands of concerned Canadian citizens. This is a grassroots awakening of citizens from every corner of the country.
It appears that these organizations who are supposed to protect the public may be colluding together to avoid the inevitable reckoning that the Canadian People are Demanding.
So far, under cover of media darkness, these groups have been able to avoid answering to the Canadian people for their actions.
This event seeks to remove that cover of darkness, and awaken the righteous indignation of all Canadians!
