Wins of the Week (5 mins)
#1 Pick of the week https://lionessofjudah.substack.com/p/nothing-to-see-here-moderna-caught
Pharmaceutical giant Moderna has been caught offering children cash rewards for taking part in medical trials to test experimental Covid mRNA “booster” shots. The company representatives were found to be using WhatsApp messages to minors in the UK.
The WhatsApp messages offered children £1,500 ($1,962) each in return for being injected with experimental Covid mRNA “vaccines.” The PMCPA ruled that the offer amounted to“inappropriate financial inducement.”
On balance, the panel considered that this brought discredit upon and reduced confidence in the pharmaceutical industry.” Moderna must provide a written undertaking that the practice will “cease forthwith” and pay for administrative costs. The pharmaceutical company was also ordered to pay a £14,000 ($18,310) fine. (Not enough, should have license taken away!!)

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/dr-trozzi-appeals-revocation-of-his-medical-license-in-existential-moment-for-ontario-courts/
On Tuesday 08 Oct, outspoken COVID science critic Dr. Mark Trozzi will appeal a decision to take away his medical license. Due to a new legal standard, a successful outcome may positively impact Canada ‘in all domains of government regulation.’
The case will be heard by the Ontario Divisional Court (ODC) and, according to attorney Michael Alexander, a successful result would have far-reaching legal implications impacting freedom of expression rights across “all domains of government regulation,” including all health colleges.

#3 Pick of the week
https://expose-news.com/2021/09/20/fda-experts-covid-vaccines-killing-people-beating-twitter-censorship/
FDA experts have unexpectedly voted against approving C-19 shot boosters for anyone over the age of 16 in the USA, citing a lack of long term data and stating that the risks do not outweigh any benefits because the C-19 shots are killing at least 2 people for every 1 life saved.
Dr Joseph Fraiman, an emergency medicine physician in New Orleans, spoke for several minutes during the meeting and revealed that no clinical evidence exists to disprove claims that the Covid-19 vaccines are harming more people than they save.
Steve Kirsch, Executive Director of the C-19 Early Treatment Fund, who revealed that the Covid-19 vaccines are killing more people than they are saving. “I’m going to focus my remarks today on the elephant in the room that nobody likes to talk about, that the vaccines kill more than they save.
“We were led to believe that the vaccines were perfectly safe but this is simply not true, for example there are four times as many heart attacks in the treatment group in the Pfizer 6 month file report, that wasn’t just bad luck.VAERS shows heart attacks happen 71 times more often following these vaccines compared to any other vaccine.” Steve Kirsch then continued his presentation by showing a slide titled ‘Excess Death: Life ratio is UNACCEPTABLE’. The slide shows how many excess deaths were required following vaccination to save one life due to Covid-19.

THIS WEEKS READ
Open Letter to Premier Web Kinew, concerning the WMR fiasco.
The Honourable Wab Kinew
Premier of Manitoba
Room 204, Legislative Building
450 Broadway
Winnipeg, MB R3C 0V8
Dear Premier Kinew,
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region’s Plan 20-50 and its potential consequences for the autonomy, development, and well-being of Manitoba’s municipalities. As a resident of the WMR, I am seeking your leadership to ensure that the interests of local communities are not overshadowed by a centralized, bureaucratic approach that does not serve the unique needs of Manitobans.
Under The Planning Amendment and City of Winnipeg Charter Amendment Act, I am aware that the municipalities included in the WMR can be added or removed by regulation at the discretion of the Minister of Municipal Relations. This power provides a critical opportunity for the Provincial Government to take a more active role in reshaping or even dismantling the current framework of Plan 20-50 if it proves unfit for the future development of Manitoba’s municipalities.
I urge you to consider removing certain municipalities from the WMR, or at the very least, revisiting the regional scope of Plan 20-50. Many communities within the WMR have expressed significant opposition to this plan, as it centralizes decision-making power in a way that is inconsistent with our community’s values, priorities, and vision for the future.
I wish to highlight the following specific concerns:
Local Autonomy and Decision-Making: Plan 20-50 undermines the autonomy of municipal governments by granting the WMR the authority to oversee and guide regional land use and infrastructure planning. This approach places disproportionate power in the hands of unelected officials, stripping municipalities of their ability to make decisions tailored to the needs of their local constituents. Our community representatives are best positioned to make decisions regarding local growth and land use, not an overarching regional body.
Private Property Rights: The vague language around land development and sustainability in Plan 20-50 raises concerns about the potential erosion of private property rights. The possibility of central regulation over land-use decisions, including development restrictions or expropriation for regional projects, is alarming. Manitoba’s municipalities must remain free to chart their own course in these matters, with respect for individual property rights.
Inadequate Public Participation: Despite the scale of Plan 20-50 and the long-term impact it will have, many Manitobans, myself included, feel that public engagement on this matter has been insufficient. More needs to be done to ensure that local voices are heard and that meaningful public participation informs any regional planning process. The current framework does not adequately reflect the interests or concerns of residents and local landowners.
The Role of International Agendas: There is growing concern that Plan 20-50 aligns too closely with international directives that may not fully account for the specific social and economic conditions in Manitoba. It is vital that decisions about the future of Manitoba’s communities be made with a Manitoba-first approach, not driven by global trends that may not suit our unique challenges.
While the original idea of regional cooperation may have merits, it cannot be implemented in a way that diminishes local governance, erodes property rights, or sacrifices the voice of Manitobans in determining their own future. Given that the Minister has the authority to remove municipalities from the WMR by regulation, this is a tangible step that could correct the overreach inherent in the current iteration of Plan 20-50.
I remind you that you that every NDP MLA actually voted against the WMR in 2021, when it was passed into law by the previous PC Government.
I respectfully urge your government to take action to protect local communities and ensure that the Plan 20-50 framework is either completely rethought or scrapped in favor of a more collaborative, locally driven, and transparent process that aligns with the true needs of Manitobans.
Thank you for your time and consideration of this pressing matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing strong leadership from your government in protecting the autonomy and future of Manitoba’s municipalities.

What Our Logo Means
The logo for Manitoba Stronger Together incorporates elements that symbolize unity, community, and the strength of the bison.
Bison Icon: Is a silhouette of a stylized representation of a bison, symbolizing strength, resilience, and unity. The bison is depicted in a side stance, representing progress and moving together as a community.
The vertical stripes: represent that the movement includes all people from all walks of life, all beliefs and all political affiliations.
The Horizontal Connecting Lines: across the bison represent the connections and interdependence of community members, emphasizing the concept of being stronger together.
Blue Tones: The blue in the logo design represents growth, harmony, and the natural beauty of Manitoba's landscapes.
Dynamic Font: We choose a strong and modern bold font for the organization's name "Manitoba Stronger Together" to convey a sense of confidence and forward-thinking.
Let us continue to unite, ignite our passions, and work towards building a stronger and united Manitoba. Together, we will shape the future we want and deserve.
Keep an eye out for our next meeting announcement, and let us walk this transformative journey as one!
