MST Special Zoom Event – June 24, 2025 @ 6:30 PM Central
This Tuesday, Manitoba Stronger Together is proud to welcome John Carpay, one of Canada’s leading voices in the fight for civil liberties and constitutional rights. As a seasoned constitutional lawyer and the founder and president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), Mr. Carpay has spent decades defending Canadians in courtrooms across the country — standing up for freedom of speech, religion, conscience, and bodily autonomy. His work has placed him at the centre of some of the most critical and controversial legal battles of our time, especially those stemming from government overreach during the COVID-19 era.

For over two decades, Mr. Carpay has been at the forefront of defending freedom of speech, conscience, religion, and bodily autonomy in Canada. Under his leadership, the JCCF has represented Canadians in high-profile court cases where core constitutional rights were under attack — especially during the pandemic and its aftermath.
Why You Should Attend: This meeting will cover critical issues facing Canada’s legal and constitutional landscape — topics that concern every citizen, regardless of political affiliation.
John will provide insight into:
Key cases the JCCF is currently involved in
The state of the Canadian justice system, including:
The role of Canadian courts
Pandemic-related court shutdowns and delays
Undue judicial deference to government action
Problems with judicial review standards and judicial notice
The growing issue of mootness and how it denies public accountability
Concerns over judicial independence and appointments
The hidden dynamics between the judiciary and government prosecutors
Societal pressure on the bench and the fear felt by legal practitioners
This conversation is a vital step in understanding how Canadians can defend their rights, rebuild trust in the courts, and hold institutions accountable.

This Weeks News (5 Min)
#1 News of Week
The FBI has declassified an intelligence report from August 2020 that details an alleged Chinese Communist Party scheme to interfere in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, believed to include plans to mass-produce counterfeit American driver’s licenses to be used by Chinese students in order to facilitate fraudulent mail-in ballots favoring Democratic candidate Joe Biden.
The intelligence, which was never fully investigated at the time, was reportedly withdrawn from circulation within U.S. agencies ahead of the fall 2020 election between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, around the time former FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress there was no known evidence of foreign plots targeting the election.
Reports indicate the FBI’s intelligence pointed to a Chinese state-directed scheme connected to nearly 20,000 fake licenses seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at Chicago’s O’Hare airport. In a statement to Just the News, which first reported on Patel’s move to share the declassified records with Senator Chuck Grassley, the FBI director said the documents “include allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver’s licenses and ship them into the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots—allegations which, while substantiated, were abruptly recalled and never disclosed to the public.”
#2 News of Week
An alarming study involving over 2 million participants has confirmed that Covid mRNA “vaccines” cause devastating long-term harm by sabotaging people’s immune systems. The major study found that mRNA injections attack thyroid function, making recipients vulnerable to deadly diseases such as cancer.
The study was led by renowned neurology and radiology experts Drs. Kai-Lun Cheng and Hsiang-Lin Lee, both with Chung Shan Medical University in Taichung, Taiwan. The groundbreaking study was published by Oxford University Press in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
They will not publicly mention the pathogenicity of the spike protein because if they did, they would have to admit that the spike protein, the bioweapon, which is in all covid injections – inactivated virus vaccines, viral vector vaccines and as encoded in the mRNA vaccines – is causing the harm that they claim is caused by a covid infection. It is a case of sifting through the propaganda to find the underlying truth within the narrative, rather than being triggered by the words they use. For example, in this case, where there is a reference to “covid infection,” read it as “covid injection.”
If SARS-CoV-2 was released or “leaked” in late 2019 or early 2020 in an attempt to start a pandemic, it was unsuccessful because it did not cause a pandemic and people who were infected experienced seasonal cold or flu-like symptoms. The real pandemic of a variety of diseases and conditions began with the rollout of the so-called covid “vaccines”; in short, it was infection by injection, which has resulted in a pandemic of the vaccinated.
#3 News of Week
Premier Danielle Smith and Premier Scott Moe joined forces in Lloydminster to demand sweeping changes to federal policies they say are hurting their provinces economies. They want Ottawa to stop interfering with provincial resource development.
Smith and Moe are demanding the federal government repeal or overhaul the Impact Assessment Act. They argue it creates barriers to important resource projects and transportation infrastructure.

Federal Court dismisses challenge to Prime Minister’s prorogation of Parliament (March 6 2025)JCCF lawyers, on behalf of citizens David MacKinnon and Aris Lavranos, filed a constitutional challenge to Prime Minister Trudeau’s January 6 decision to prorogue Parliament until March 24. The case centred on section 3 of the Charter (effective representation), the rule of law, and parliamentary accountability. Although the court ultimately upheld the prorogation, it confirmed that such executive decisions are reviewable—a significant precedent for future constitutional oversight. ca.news.yahoo.com+3paherald.sk.ca+3en.wikipedia.org+3paherald.sk.ca+2jccf.ca+2jccf.ca+2
