FEATURED GUEST: DeVaughn Harper

Courage, Tragedy, and the Canadian Spirit

You may remember DeVaughn Harper from our unforgettable Stronger Together Conference in Beauséjour on June 21, 2024. This Tuesday, he returns to MST to share the full story of his brother Garnet Harper, whose life was taken far too soon during the COVID-19 medical and political catastrophe that swept across this country.

Garnet—a loving father of five, a husband, and a man of integrity—was denied a life-saving organ transplantsimply because he refused to comply with the vaccine mandate. His death was not an accident. It was a direct consequence of a system that prioritized politics over compassion, coercion over care, and obedience over truth.

DeVaughn is here to tell Garnet’s story—not just as a witness to injustice, but as a brother on a mission. He will update us on his ongoing efforts to raise awareness, educate Canadians, and ensure that no family ever has to suffer this kind of preventable loss again.

DeVaughn’s Journey: From Grief to National Advocacy

Since the tragedy, DeVaughn has spoken with countless Canadians, stood on numerous stages, and recently attended the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) hearings in Edmonton, which focused on the vital issue: “Are Children Safe in Canada?”

He’ll speak about the incredible patriots he’s met along the way, the reaction of everyday Canadians to Garnet’s story, and how communities are pulling together across the country—in the name of freedom, truth, and justice.

This is a moment of reflection, inspiration, and hope—and a call to action for us all.

LEGISLATIVE WATCH: With David Grant

Also joining us is David Grant, bringing us the latest update on our ongoing monitoring of bills in the Manitoba Legislature.

Each week, David reviews the proposals and legislation being pushed forward that could impact your rights, your communities, and your province. This is your citizen’s window into real-time democracy.

#1 News of Week

In this third installment of our three-part interview, Dr. Gary Davidson continues to discuss the process and findings of the Alberta COVID-19 Pandemic Data Review Task Force Report. Despite lacking subpoena power, the report uncovers critical errors in Alberta’s COVID-19 response, highlighting failures in governance, transparency, and decision-making. Hopefully this is just the beginning of a larger investigation.

#2 News of Week

Moderna is facing suspension from Britain’s pharmaceutical trade association for a string of breaches relating to its covid vaccines.

Moderna is set to be audited by the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (“PMCPA”) to assess its compliance systems, and if found to be lacking, Moderna could ultimately be suspended or expelled from the APBI, a measure that has only been taken nine times in the past 40 years.

The breaches include representatives of the company offering children £1,500 and teddy bears to take part in covid vaccine trials, which is prohibited under the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) regulations, as well as misleading regulators about when it first became aware of the financial incentives to children.

#3 News of Week

In this episode of Talk Truth, Dr. Roger Hodkinson returns to discuss the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccine injuries, and the erosion of trust in public institutions. As an early critic of mainstream COVID-19 narratives, he shares his views on recent revelations from health officials, concerns over vaccine-related injuries, and the implications for future generations. The conversation also covers the decline in fertility rates, child vaccinations, and Dr. Hodkinson’s new project, “Malpractice Check,” helping individuals determine if they’ve been affected by medical malpractice or vaccine injuries.

THIS WEEKS READ

A Mini-Report from the National Citizens Inquiury is this weeks read. It is an excerpt from the original report published in November of

Mini Report Overview:

Coercion Does Not Equal Consent

Introduction

The principle that coercion does not equal consent is universally accepted as true in the case of

sexual activity. It is hard to see how it is not equally as true when it comes to providing a medical

treatment such as a vaccine—even more so when the medical treatment is a novel treatment with no

long-term safety or effectiveness data.

Discussion

Coercion refers to the use of tactics like pressure, trickery, or emotional force to get someone to do

something they otherwise do not want to do. Consent is not freely given if a person is pressured or

threatened to agree to something.

What is surprising is how easily Canadians and their courts accepted coercive government actions

in pursuit of getting every person injected with the same substance, regardless of a person‘s

medical history or risk for serious disease from COVID-19. The hard-won principle of “my body, my

choice,” gained by feminists after years of fighting for the rights of women to control their own

bodies, vanished during the second year of the pandemic. It was replaced with a constant

drumbeat by public officials, supported by the media, of safe and effective, which was

accompanied by politicians and public figures stating that measures would not be lifted unless

everybody “did their part.”

Canadians who hesitated to get vaccinated were branded as anti-vaxxers, despite having voluntarily

received every other vaccine, recommended by public health, in their lives. Politicians encouraged

people to blame the unvaccinated for the restrictive measures that stopped them from getting back

to normal. Those who had taken the COVID-19 vaccines felt morally superior and validated in

scorning those who didn‘t “do the right thing.” Public shaming became a societal norm.

Witness after witness took the NCI stand and proclaimed, “I am not an anti-vaxxer,” at the same time

as refusing to take a COVID-19 vaccine. Why did they feel the need to make such a proclamation?

Because Canadian society had devolved to the point where open denigration of the unvaccinated

was permitted and even encouraged.

Coercion was applied in virtually every aspect of Canadians‘ lives. Workplace mandates caused

many to accept a COVID-19 vaccine who didn‘t want one. People who supported their families

simply couldn‘t afford to lose their jobs. The NCI heard from many witnesses that they or a loved

one felt compelled to take the injection, under the threat of losing their livelihood. This does not

resemble freely given consent.

Please join on time, we start and finish on time.

Usually I am in the chat ten minutes before the start of the meeting!

  4. Blue Tones: The blue in the logo design represents growth, harmony, and the natural beauty of Manitoba's landscapes.
